Nostrils hole reduction by wedge trimming

This is a basic surgical maneuver in most rhinoplasties of almost any kind, either primary or revisional although quite commonly in ethnic noses, whenever the sill of the nostrils shows a large hole at the nasal base, needing full thickness resection en bloc to narrow its entrance.
